You can run them 24 hours a day, or stick them in a sunny window, and they will flower based on age, not the hours of darkness. This makes them perfect for a quick “mid-season” harvest or for growers in regions with short summers. If you want to go from seed to jar in 75 days, autos are your best friend.

They stay small, they grow fast, and they are perfect for the “set it and forget it” gardener.

Pro Tip: Start autos either indoors or in a greenhouse early in the growing season. Then put them out after the last frost, this can give you the ability to harvest 3 times in one outdoor growing season. Autos can be special flowered in the dog days of summer! And if grown in pots you can put that last cycle of plants indoors or back in that greenhouse if an early frost is likley. I have an auto strain that is said to finish in only 60 days…Sour 60 Autoflowers…although you may want to let it go for 65-70 days…but still very fast!
