I sustained three concussions before I started High School.
None of which were my dad’s fault.
My mother hated boys, and, I never understood that.
My brother took his own life and I did understood that.
I was busted for growing more than the hundred plant limit which makes cannabis cultivation a crime at the federal level.
My son had a twenty two caliber rifle that I bought for him and on it he had put a piece of rubber tubing that he thought would act as a silencer. I told him that a twenty two caliber round would break the sound barrier and that the rubber tubing wouldn’t silence the mach one report. I was charged with use of a silenced firearm in connection with a drug felony.
The mandatory minimum for that charge if convicted would be thirty eight years.
I was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and made my case for Medicinal Use.
I was convicted of misdemeanor possession and sentenced to three years probation with psychological counseling.
Cannabis has medicinal properties.
The prosecution of pot users is unconstitutional.
We are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights. That among these are the right to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
We who find ourselves in misery from whatever cause are unable to pursue happiness unless we can find some palliative by which we may secure relief of misery.
Pot has proven itself to be that very relief.
Weed is good, guns are not. It sounds like you made some incredibly bad choices. You got greedy on growing that much weed and paid the price. Learn from your mistakes.
