I get asked all the time: “Jerry, I’m new to this, what’s the fastest way to get a harvest without messing it up?” Look, I’m an old-school regular seed guy, but I’ll be the first to admit that for a beginner, the easiest autoflowers indoors are a game-changer.

You don’t have to worry about light leaks, complicated timers, or “flipping” the room. They just grow, and then they finish. Simple.

But don’t be fooled—not all autos are created equal. Some are unstable and can lead to unstable results. You need to start with solid genetics like our Sour 60 or Sour Lowryder 2. These have been stabilized well and lead to stable, predictable results.

You can go from seed to jar in 65-70 days (usually a bit longer then claimed in my experience). If you want a larger harvest it makes sense to ‘push’ your autos a bit with nitrogen (be careful not to burn them) in their relatively short veg window.

I also recommend you do not transplant your autos. Start them in their “forever home” pot to avoid stunting the growth….you want them growing vigorously throughout that veg window.
