• 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp Maple syrup or Agave

• 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Salt and pepper to taste

The Method:

1. The Shake: Add all ingredients into a small mason jar.
