Man on a Mission to Find Santa Marta Colombian Gold!

I made it my goal to grow and to collect a few different strains of cannabis. And, have been a man on a mission ever since.

My first thought was where can I find Columbian Gold Seeds?

When pot was legalized in Nevada, I received a plumbing call from an up and coming cannabis dispensary and grow business.

I was then able to help them with their watering system.

They then took me on a tour of their facility, and explained that with the strict security guidelines that were imposed on them, I was only allowed access because of my work, as he pointed to the camera overhead.

My first thought was how much things had changed over the years, and all the time that it took to see the day when pot has been legalized.

I remember back in the early 70’s I had grown Santa Marta Gold from the seeds left after cleaning a lid.

And now looking back it all begins to make sense!

We tried our hand at growing, not knowing what we were doing. We harvested the leaves, dried them and smoked them, which only left a bad taste in your mouth, and a bout of coughing!

I have recently decided to give growing another chance, and had success!

I searched long and hard to find the Columbian Gold Seeds that I purchased from JCS.

I am now 65 now, so many years away from that youth in the 70’s. But, I am once again able to share a 5 finger lid of homegrown of Santa Marta Columbian Gold with friends!
