I recently had a customer reach out and let me know that out of a pack of 20 seeds, not a single one sprouted. Now, some guys in this business would get defensive, make excuses, or just ignore the email. I don’t operate that way. I am all about total business transparency. When a few growers tells me a certain strain didn’t pop, the first thing I do is head straight to the workbench to run a manual germination test on that exact same batch. And I don’t do it behind closed doors. I document the entire process and publish the results right on the website for everyone to see.
